Florida inspection price guide
Published base rates start at $550 for a Pre-Purchase Inspection up to 1,999 sq ft. Size, age, access, travel and added services can change the total. Your confirmed property quote controls.
Choose the inspection around your needs. A Pre-Purchase Inspection and insurance reports serve different purposes. The columns below show the published base rates; your property quote identifies the included reports, added services and total before you confirm.
Full-inspection promotion: Both 4 Point and Wind Mitigation reports are included at no additional inspection charge with a full inspection of a property under 4,000 sq ft. For properties of 4,000 sq ft or more, add the standalone individual or combo rate below. Insurance-only orders use those standalone rates at every size.
